Biblio’s Café and Art Gallery

Biblio’s Café is a cosy, community-run spot right inside Harbury Village Library. It is managed and staffed by amazing volunteers who keep everything running with a smile.

We first opened in 2012 to help fund our newly independent village library. Thanks to the hard work of our team and the support of our lovely customers it has also become a much-loved meeting place at the heart of Harbury.

Our cakes are freshly made by our volunteer bakers, so there’s something new to try each week. If you’re not into sweet treats, we’ve got toast and teacakes too, and we’re happy to cater for allergies and special dietary needs.

Drop in for your favourite coffee or tea, a slice of cake, a smoothie or even a babyccino – all served to your table. You can sit in the café area or head into the library if you’d like to enjoy your drink with a good book. We’re fully accessible, have seating suitable for those with reduced mobility, plus four high chairs for little ones. And if you’re on the go, we offer takeaway as well.

Our art gallery and art cards are an integral part of the area. Not only good to look at but most are for sale too.

Come and say hello – we’d love to see you
